This information is for the team dual tournament to be held in Dickinson on Friday Feb 29th, 2008.

Rules: USAW Folkstyle rules will apply. USA cards are required and will be available at the tournament for $25.00. DWC sells USA cards at cost. (Only Cash, visa, or Mastercard will be accepted for the NDUSA cards)
Weigh-Ins: THURSDAY NIGHT, Feb 28th, 2008 (at home)
Coaches, you must use the forms on the DWC website    http://www.dickinsonwrestlingclub.com/info.htm  under “Links and Info”.  You must use the excel spreadsheet format and email them to us at tlcberg@ndsupernet.com (So we can post, read, sort and print easier)

This weigh-in will cover both Friday night duals and Saturday’s Tournament.

Registration: PLEASE PROVIDE THE WRESTLER'S NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, USAW CARD #, division wrestled, age, grade and weight in a legible and readable format. (Please use the Excel Forms)

Times: Team Registration 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. All times are Mountain Standard Time.
Introductions 5:45p.m. MST
Wrestling begins 6:00 p.m. MST
Entry Fee: $130 per team to be collected by each team coach and turned in at DWC registration (with one check).
Dual Team Ages & Weights: Dual teams will consist of Sub-banatam thru Second year Schoolboy. 14 Weight Classes will be used: (Plus three alternates for a total of up to 17 members on a team)
50, 55, 60, 64, 68, 72, 76, 80, 85, 90, 95, 110, and 125, and 155(max)
You can also have up to three alternates.
Each team to put forth their best wrestler at each weight class (not age).
Awards: All 17 kids (including the 3 alternates) on the top three teams will receive a T-Shirt. Individual medals will be given to each wrestler for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place dual teams.
Admission: ADULTS $6.00
STUDENTS $3.00
FAMILY $12.00

Floor Passes will be available for up to 4 coaches per 18 member team with Coaches Cards only. Coaches without current USA Wrestling Coaches Cards can purchase them for $25.  The Head coach needs to submit a list of a total of 4 coach’s names for the duals.  This list will be separate from the tournament list.   All coaches will be charged an admission fee and receive a hand stamp.  They will report to the head table and if their name is on the list provided by the head coach, then the admission fee will then be reimbursed. We will also provide these 4 coaches with food passes.  It is the head coach’s responsibility to provide a list. Email the list to tlcberg@ndsupernet.com   (Doing it this way this saves the admissions volunteer workers a lot of headaches)

Coaches need to be responsible. We would urge you to use your discretion and common sense in the event of a mismatch between wrestlers competing against each other with significant age or skill differences. We want the kids to have fun as well as making safety a first priority.

Upon attending and/or participating in this event, all participants and their families willingly agree to release The Dickinson Wrestling Club (and any or all associated entities), from any and all liability.

Please note:  We may plan on having the dual(s) televised via web cam on the internet.  If so, there will be a link on the home page of www.dickinsonwrestlingclub.com
Instructions will be posted on the home page.   A latest version of internet explorer will be needed as well as a high speed internet connection.  We may also have matches during Saturday’s tournament available for viewing on Saturday. To be determined before event time

MUST BE EMAILED (preferred), or FAXED IN BY 1:00 p.m. MST, FRIDAY, Feb 29, 2008. ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRANTS WILL BE ALLOWED THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED OR FAXED IN. Entry Fee: $7.00 PLUS A CURRENT USAW CARD (USA CARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION FOR $25.) DWC sells USA cards at cost. Awards: MEDALS FOR 1st, 2nd & 3rd PLACE.  Team coaches are responsible to turn in only one check for the total amount of wrestler’s attending. (at the beginning of the tournament.)

This tournament is a State Tournament Qualifier. USA Wrestling Cards will be stamped only upon Registration and Check-in. No refunds will be allowed after registration.
